I did not reproduce the issue on 3/27 version. suggest update to 3/27 version and test. |

Hi Mr. Lee, Could you kindly use SW v15.502.15 to verify it again ? Our engineer, Jim will cowork with you for verification. I think AML already improved and fine tune IPTV player over one month and the latest SW version should fix this issue. |

To reproduce this issue: 1) remove the adv clip and reboot rm /btv_home/DATA/adv/cache/* sync; reboot 2) after reboot adv clips will download again, some problem seems to happen when switching clips, the screen will become black. (wait about 2~3 mins) 3) at this time, go EPG, the top-right screen is black, and then go multi-view, the dialog will show. ps. once we enter the BTV channel, the top-right screen of EPG will be content of BTV, it won't be black, so at this time go to the multi-view, the dialog will not show. |
